Reps
If you are new to the area, our Reps are a very good source of
advice and information about kitchen logistics, menu design and
product selection. We have specialists in Catering, Ice Cream,
Cleaning & Disposables. Give us a call or use the automated enquiry
form on the Contact Us page.
Telesales
Telesales are always happy to take your order in Welsh or English.
They can also help you with product information, delivery dates
and Special Offers. We will take orders by telephone or fax, or
you can phone ahead and pick up your order personally on the same
day. We do not currently accept orders by e-mail, although we
are trialing on-line ordering.
Quality Control
Nobody is perfect and we are the first to admit things can go
wrong, so if we, or one of our suppliers has let you down in any
way, we would always prefer to know, in the hope that we can put
it right and prevent it happening again.

Marketing
If your business prospers, so does ours, so we will do everything
we can to help. Very often we can obtain free point of sale and
menus from suppliers to help support your business. Just ask your
Harlech Rep for details. We send out regular Monthly Special Offers
with your statement mailing, and you can download them from this
site. If you are a COD customer and do not get a statement, you
can request to go on our mailing list

Account Queries

812. A New Account Application Form and Direct Debit Mandate can

page.
Payments
We can offer a range of account facilities to suit everyone. You
may pay by credit card prior to despatch, cash on delivery or
sign a Direct Debit mandate for a credit facility ranging from
a week’s credit to a month. We consult a credit rating agency
to determine the level of credit to be given to customers. All
credit accounts are subject to a Direct Debit mandate being completed.
